HOUSE RULES
• All Shortlet Rentals must have been booked using the Registration form 24 hours earlier and a temporary ID Card will be provided for the guest.
• The Shortlet Rentals guest cannot grant access to a visitor via call, He/she must go to the visitor to grant access after registering the guest.
Rules of operation
• Smoking within the estate is not allowed
• No hard drugs of any sort is allowed
• Parties are strictly prohibited
• Pets of any kind are not allowed
• Loud Music in or outside the flat is not permitted. A violation of this will lead to disconnection of power
• Driving into and within the premises should be at parking pace of 5km/hr
• Cars should be parked within the flats parking lot
• Guests must respect the peace of other residents
• Maximum allowable number of persons in a 4bedroom apartment is 7, 3bedroom apartment is 6 and 2bedroom apartment is 4.
• Not more than 3 persons can use the estate facility at a time.
• Guest cannot drive in and out of the estate in the middle of the night more than twice except for emergencies.
• Shortlet Rentals guests would be required to undergo proper entry and exit checks. Kindly note that the security operatives have been mandated at the main gate to ensure the number of guests for the apartment is not exceeded.
• Shortlet Rentals guests would not be giving the security gate number at any time.
• Laundry Hangers are not allowed to be placed on the walkway PENALTY FINE
Defaulters of any of the rules stated above would pay a fine of two Hundred Thousand Naira (#200,000)
Any assault to Security Guards at the Estate would pay a fine of Three Hundred Thousand Naira (#300,000)
Obstruction of the Entrance gate thereby constituting nuisance to the Estate would pay of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (#200,000)
Please note that to enforce this rules where defaulters are found DCFM shall immediately turn off the power of the erring apartment.
