After submitting form, you will be required to schedule your in-person appointment.
After inspection, your property will be approved once its meets the criteria. If your apartment is denied, a reason for denial will be communicated to you.

1. Platform charges.

The platform charges 10% on all bookings and this is automatically deducted from your booking total.

Payout for every booking is made 24 HOURS after check-in.
You will receive your money in your bank account 24 hours after guest has checked in.
- Caution fee 👇👇👇
Security deposit also known as Caution fee is collected for all bookings and withheld by the platform during the time of booking – it will only be paid out to the host if damages occur otherwise it will be refunded immediately to the guest 24 hours after check out.
- Calendar 👇👇👇
Calendar must be updated at all times to prevent double booking and allow a better experience for all guests booking online.
